Yaqub Rafiev vs Dmitri Saifedenov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Tajikistan-Khation promoted show at Bokhtar Akperov, Bokhtar,  taking place on 04/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Khation Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yaqub Rafiev (30 - 15(2) - 1) who hails from Kulob, Tajikistan and Dmitri Saifedenov(10 - 2(1) - 1) from Kulob, Tajikistan.  Rafiev weighed in at 147 pounds, while Saifedenov weighed in at 147 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Saifedenov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Mahammad Salik, and the three ringside judges are Fahmin Vohra, Qabil Alekperzade and Georgiy Karimov.
