Mark Whitted vs Kris Scott

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center Stoner Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 04/08/2042:

Clearly AI USA-Iowa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Iowa Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Whitted (7 - 16(1) - 3) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Kris Scott(7 - 15 - 2) from Des Moines, USA.  Whitted weighed in at 237 pounds, while Scott weighed in at 243 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Stephen Kidd, and the three ringside judges are Vincent Bathgate, Vince Caven and Will Hinshaw.  

Round 1: 

Scott advances into close range.  Whitted quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Scott steps inside.  Whitted hits home with a left uppercut.  
Scott lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Whitted pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Scott throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
