Bilal Fayad vs Yasin Alzahabi

Boxing Daily Report from the Sembene Promotions promoted show at Gazi Wahed Gym, Sana'a,  taking place on 09/08/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Yemen-Sana'a Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bilal Fayad (3 - 17 - 2) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Yasin Alzahabi(3(1) - 0) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Both Fayad and Alzahabi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Saffy, and the three ringside judges are Amer Azam, Rehan Abidi and Azam Guirguis.  

Round 1: 

Alzahabi advances into close range.  Alzahabi pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Alzahabi steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Fayad steps away from his opponent and is on target with a cross to his opponents body.  
Alzahabi forces Fayad to retreat into the corner.  Alzahabi pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Alzahabi dabs at his face checking for damage.
