Mark McAndrew vs David Harper

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Manchester Arena, Manchester,  taking place on 06/09/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the IRBF Intercontinental Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark McAndrew (43(29) - 5(3) - 1) who hails from Milton Keynes, UK and David Harper(52(16) - 0) from Houston, USA.  Both McAndrew and Harper weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Salam, and the three ringside judges are William Taylor, Ewan Goodlet and Scott Dunn.
