Phang Lam vs Iwao Akamine

Boxing Daily Report from the Bàn tay vàng Promotions promoted show at First Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City,  taking place on 21/08/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Phang Lam (3(1) - 0) who hails from Can Tho, Vietnam and Iwao Akamine(4 - 9) from Kyoto, Japan.  Lam weighed in at 167 pounds and 13 ounces, while Akamine weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vong Phong, and the three ringside judges are Phu Cuong, Hoang Toan and Phu Ba.
