Matt Porterfield vs Mark Kimes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bahamas-New Providence promoted show at Vince Templeton Gym, Nassau,  taking place on 16/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas-New Providence Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNS, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matt Porterfield (2 - 5 - 2) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Mark Kimes(19 - 12(4) - 1) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Porterfield and Kimes weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Hanton, and the three ringside judges are John Bannerman, Jack Taylor and James Wallace.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Porterfield.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
