Rollin Lachmann vs Vid Malburg

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Treptow Arena, Berlin,  taking place on 23/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Germany Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rollin Lachmann (22(13) - 15(9) - 1) who hails from Frankfurt, Germany and Vid Malburg(14 - 16(8) - 4) from Berlin, Germany.  Both Lachmann and Malburg weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lothar Jex, and the three ringside judges are Taburer Schermer, Myerson Bieger and Redmond Schellenger.  

Round 1: 

Lachmann finds the target with a jab.  
Lachmann lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Lachmann lands with a stiff jab.

Malburg pivots to the side of his opponent.  Lachmann lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.

Lachmann connects with a solid cross.  
Lachmann connects with an overhand left.  
Lachmann lands an overhand left, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Malburg almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Lachmann lands with a hard jab.  
Malburg throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Malburg sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Lachmann SLAMS a hurtful cross into his opponents face.  MALBURG IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Lachmann finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Lachmann lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Malburg cuts off the ring, trapping Lachmann in the corner.  Lachmann is on target with a firm cross to his opponents body.  
Malburg pivots to the side of his opponent.  Lachmann strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Malburg sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Malburg throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Malburg is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lachmann is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Malburg almost instantly gets his legs back. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Lachmann's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Malburg's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Malburg's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Lachmann sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Lachmann lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING MALBURG TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  It looks like Malburg has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Lachmann tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stinging jab.  
Lachmann feints a left hook, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Lachmann steps away from his opponent and is on target with a MASSIVE overhand right.  MALBURG IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
Lachmann lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Lachmann connects with a DEVASTATING cross.  MALBURG HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF IMMEDIATELY WAVES OFF THE FIGHT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Lachmann!
