Zacarias Ayon vs Ryo Capellan

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at CC Las Malvinas, Lima,  taking place on 18/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Peru Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zacarias Ayon (37(33) - 8(8)) who hails from Trujillo, Peru and Ryo Capellan(9(4) - 0) from Lima, Peru.  Ayon weighed in at 154 pounds, while Capellan weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Reynaldo Barcena, and the three ringside judges are Nicandro Quijas, Emilio Triano and Rodrigo Jiron.

Ayon tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Capellan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ayon lands a cross to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Capellan steps inside.  Ayon is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Capellan closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right hook to Capellan's ribcage.  
Ayon steps away from his opponent.  Ayon feints a jab, but Capellan is not fooled and lands with a firm right uppercut.  
Capellan advances into close range and forces Ayon to back into the red corner.  Capellan is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Ayon is on target with a firm right uppercut to Capellan's ribs.  CAPELLAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Ayon senses Capellan is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Ayon whips in a nasty right hook to Capellan's body.  CAPELLAN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Capellan now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Ayon tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab to the body followed by two straights to the head.  
Capellan closes the distance and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Capellan's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Ayon steps to the outside.  Capellan attempts to land a cross, but Ayon sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Capellan connects with a solid overhand right.  
Capellan gets on the inside and drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Capellan attempts to land a cross, but Ayon slips the shot and counters with a mean right hook.  CAPELLAN IS HURT!  Capellan almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Capellan tries to land a jab, but Ayon slips the shot and counters with a WICKED right hook.  CAPELLAN IS HURT!  
Capellan closes the distance.  Ayon is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Ayon lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head, AND DOWN GOES CAPELLAN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Ayon EXPLODES a FEROCIOUS cross into his opponents face.  DOWN GOES CAPELLAN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  It looks like Capellan has now recovered from that shot earlier.
