Hugh Lynch vs Ronald MacMurdo

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at Emirates Arena, Glasgow,  taking place on 05/09/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Scotland Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Lynch (39(27) - 17(5) - 1) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Ronald MacMurdo(16(1) - 2(2)) from Aberdeen, UK.  Lynch weighed in at 229 pounds and 4 ounces, while MacMurdo weighed in at 231 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Patrick McBeth, and the three ringside judges are William Cooper, Iain MacCracken and Adam McCorquodale.

MacMurdo forces Lynch to back into the ropes.  Lynch lands a CRUSHING cross.  MACMURDO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Lynch switches the action to the outside.  The right shot from Lynch could be enough to force the stoppage!  Lynch lands a DESTRUCTIVE right uppercut.  MACMURDO HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE MACMURDO THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Lynch!
