Haaris Tamer vs Tariq Asfour

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Egypt-Cairo promoted show at Cairo Moteab, Cairo,  taking place on 23/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Cairo Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Tamer (4 - 8 - 1) who hails from Cairo, Egypt and Tariq Asfour(3 - 5 - 3) from Cairo, Egypt.  Both Tamer and Asfour weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Atif Charobim, and the three ringside judges are Sajid Hammad, Atif Charobim and Adnan Abdelnour.

As Asfour tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Tamer.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Asfour stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Tamer tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
