Harendra Dube vs Ananth Suri

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Telangana promoted show at Amjad Ishmael Gym, Hyderabad,  taking place on 26/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Telangana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Harendra Dube (6 - 7 - 1) who hails from Hyderabad, India and Ananth Suri(14 - 20(3) - 3) from Hyderabad, India.  Both Dube and Suri weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ashoka Kamdar, and the three ringside judges are Ganesa Morar, Aftab Afzal and Ashoka Kamdar.  

Round 1: 

Suri finds the target with a jab.  
Suri gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Suri gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Dube is on target with a right hook to Suri's body.  
Dube tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Dube closes the distance.  Dube throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Suri's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Dube's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Suri's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Suri steps inside and connects with a right uppercut.  
Dube lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

As Dube tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Suri.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
