Takeshi Suko vs Mikio Oki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Dai Tano Gym, Tokyo,  taking place on 26/08/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Tokyo Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Takeshi Suko (9 - 6 - 1) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Mikio Oki(4 - 5 - 3) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Suko and Oki weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daichi Komatsu, and the three ringside judges are Kaede Yamazaki, Daiki Go and Keiichi Yonamine.  

Round 1: 

Oki tries to keep the action at long range.  Suko lands a cross.  
Oki finds the target with a jab.  
Suko closes the distance.  Oki attempts to land a left hook, but Suko sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Suko lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Oki.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
