Vul Nsimbi vs Waqas Delhoum

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Jericho Open Air Grounds Toyoyo, Nairobi,  taking place on 05/08/2042:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Vul Nsimbi (5(1) - 0) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Waqas Delhoum(5 - 5 - 5) from Oran, Algeria.  Nsimbi weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces, while Delhoum weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joe Mwirichia, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Lumumba, Rex Odhieng and Bob Mbiyu.  

Round 1: 

Delhoum advances into close range.  Nsimbi lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Nsimbi throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.

Nsimbi throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Nsimbi ties up his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nsimbi is looking to keep his distance.  Nsimbi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.

Delhoum advances into close range.  Delhoum pivots to the side of his opponent.  Delhoum throws a right hook, but Nsimbi clinches his opponent.  Nsimbi pushes his forearm into Delhoum's face.  The referee warns Nsimbi and breaks the clinch.  
Nsimbi is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Delhoum sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Nsimbi is on target with a stinging cross.  
Nsimbi finds the target with a jab.  
Nsimbi switches the action to the outside.  Delhoum quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Nsimbi lands a ramrod jab.  
Delhoum gets on the inside.  Nsimbi throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Nsimbi clinches his opponent.  Nsimbi pushes his forearm into Delhoum's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nsimbi steps to the outside.  Delhoum quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Nsimbi is on target with a spiteful jab.  
Nsimbi is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Nsimbi steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Delhoum sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Nsimbi lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Nsimbi finds the target with a hard jab.

Nsimbi lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Nsimbi knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Nsimbi lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a cross to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents head, DROPPING DELHOUM TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Nsimbi EXPLODES a MASSIVE left hook into his opponents face.  DELHOUM IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Nsimbi lands with a stiff jab.  Delhoum now seems to have his senses back.  
Delhoum gets on the inside.  Nsimbi hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Nsimbi is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands with a sharp jab.  
Nsimbi digs in a left hook to Delhoum's body.  
Nsimbi steps away from his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Nsimbi lands a cross to the body, a jab to the head and a cross to the head.  
Nsimbi tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head, AND DROPS DELHOUM!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Nsimbi!
