Akil Parikh vs Waqas Rahaman

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Uttar Pradesh promoted show at Rohit Kandari Gym, Lucknow,  taking place on 26/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India-Uttar Pradesh Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Akil Parikh (30(1) - 14(4)) who hails from Lucknow, India and Waqas Rahaman(2 - 3 - 1) from Lucknow, India.  Both Parikh and Rahaman weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mahinder Bhunder, and the three ringside judges are Ashok Bhattacharya, Zuffur Khalid and Kalidas Khaparde.
