Hikaru Kai vs Jun Ozaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Shima-Enaga promoted show at Akira Hirata Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 31/08/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Hikaru Kai (2 - 0) who hails from Hiroshima, Japan and Jun Ozaki(1 - 8(1)) from Fukuyama, Japan.  Both Kai and Ozaki weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eiji Tanabe, and the three ringside judges are Yutaka Omura, Kaede Takenaka and Eiji Tanabe.  

Round 1: 

Kai steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Ozaki tries to tag Kai on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Ozaki lands a cross.  
Ozaki quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kai connects with a cross.
