Steven McFarlane vs Duncan Barclay

Boxing Daily Report from the Kayo Promotions promoted show at Kayo Arena, Canberra,  taking place on 11/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Capital Territory Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Steven McFarlane (13 - 2 - 1) who hails from Canberra, Australia and Duncan Barclay(4 - 13(2) - 2) from Canberra, Australia.  McFarlane weighed in at 227 pounds and 14 ounces, while Barclay weighed in at 240 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Noel Wilson, and the three ringside judges are John Hakopyan, Danny McCornack and Brad Hewitt.  

Round 1: 

Barclay closes the distance.  McFarlane lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
McFarlane walks Barclay into the corner.  McFarlane lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.
