David Neaves vs Vince Gethin

Boxing Daily Report from the CP Boxing promoted show at Georgetown Magnus, Georgetown,  taking place on 05/09/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana-North Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Neaves (2 - 1 - 2) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Vince Gethin(3 - 7 - 2) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Neaves weighed in at 175 pounds, while Gethin weighed in at 174 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jay Wemyss, and the three ringside judges are George Niven, Sid Tran and Louis Hepburn.  

Round 1: 

Gethin walks Neaves into the corner.  Gethin throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Gethin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Gethin attempts to land a cross, but Neaves dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
