Marlen Smyshlyaev vs Yulian Kaplan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ring star promoted show at Yubileyny Sports Palace, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 25/10/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Saint Petersburg Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marlen Smyshlyaev (20(5) - 0) who hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia and Yulian Kaplan(18 - 19(1) - 8) from Saint Petersburg, Russia.  Both Smyshlyaev and Kaplan weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Toma Nestruyev, and the three ringside judges are Sergei Fokichev, Timofei Gankin and Kir Panov.  

Round 1:
