Aaron Edwards vs Colin Corbo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ognjen promoted show at Westin Bonaventure Hotel, Los Angeles,  taking place on 21/09/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aaron Edwards (5(2) - 0) who hails from West Valley City, USA and Colin Corbo(21 - 17(2) - 5) from Phoenix, USA.  Both Edwards and Corbo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Rendall, and the three ringside judges are James Ruan, Yasin Hashemi and Ian Lin.  

Round 1: 

Edwards lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Edwards lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Edwards lands a jab, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.

Corbo steps inside.  Edwards attempts to land a left hook, but Corbo sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Edwards sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Edwards finds the target with a jab.  Edwards throws an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Corbo advances into close range.  Edwards throws a left uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Edwards ties up his opponent.  Edwards leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Edwards lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Edwards quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Corbo throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Edwards switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.

Corbo steps inside.  Edwards lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Corbo manouvers Edwards into a corner.  Corbo throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

Edwards switches the action to the outside and lands a cross to the body, an overhand right to the head and a cross to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Corbo recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Edwards tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Edwards steps to the outside and lands with a hard jab.  
Corbo gets on the inside.  Edwards lands a right uppercut.  
Edwards pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Edwards quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Edwards lands with a spiteful jab.  
Edwards lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Edwards feints a right hook, and then strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Edwards steps to the outside and lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  
Edwards connects with a cross.  
Edwards lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.

Edwards lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Corbo recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Corbo is looking to close the distance.  Edwards lands a powerful left hook.  CORBO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Edwards senses Corbo is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Edwards lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by two straights to the head.  
Edwards lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES CORBO!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Edwards!
