Rob Knoetze vs Hudhafah Rokki

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Bayero University Sports Complex, Kano,  taking place on 20/08/2042:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Rob Knoetze (1 - 0) who hails from Germiston, South Africa and Hudhafah Rokki(7 - 10(1) - 1) from El-Jadida, Morocco.  Both Knoetze and Rokki weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Obekpa, and the three ringside judges are Nathaniel Abiola, Chinedu Monu and Josh Ladipo.  

Round 1: 

Knoetze gets on the inside and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Knoetze drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  
Knoetze sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Rokki switches the action to the outside.  Knoetze is on target with an overhand right.  
Knoetze feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Knoetze finds the target with a jab.  
Rokki pivots to the left of his opponent.  Rokki tries to land a jab, but Knoetze slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Knoetze closes the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Knoetze gets on the inside and is on target with a solid right hook to Rokki's body.  Knoetze clinches his opponent.  Knoetze pushes his forearm into Rokki's face.  The ref breaks Knoetze's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Rokki attempts to land a jab, but Knoetze sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook to Rokki's ribcage.  
Knoetze is looking to close the distance.  Rokki throws a right uppercut, but Knoetze holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Knoetze pushes his forearm into Rokki's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Rokki pivots to the side of his opponent.  Knoetze lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Knoetze clinches his opponent.  Knoetze pushes his forearm into Rokki's face.  The referee warns Knoetze and breaks the clinch.  
Rokki hits home with a cross.  
Knoetze advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Rokki is on target with a left hook.  
Knoetze is on target with a left uppercut.  
Knoetze sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Knoetze steps inside.  Rokki tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Knoetze sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  As Rokki tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Knoetze dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Knoetze closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  Knoetze holds on to his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Knoetze lands two right hook's to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Knoetze clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Rokki attempts to land a cross, but Knoetze sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Knoetze lands a solid cross.  
Rokki steps to the outside.  Knoetze lands a stinging jab.  
Knoetze gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Rokki throws a right hook, but Knoetze clinches his opponent.  Knoetze throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Knoetze and breaks the clinch.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Rokki's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Knoetze gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Knoetze drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Knoetze lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  Knoetze clinches his opponent.  Knoetze leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Knoetze feints a right hook, and then lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, DROPPING ROKKI TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Knoetze!
