Eoin McIver vs Alan Kidd

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at Emirates Arena, Glasgow,  taking place on 18/09/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Celtic Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eoin McIver (20(5) - 19(5) - 3) who hails from Limerick, Ireland and Alan Kidd(11 - 3(1)) from Glasgow, UK.  McIver weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces, while Kidd weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bruce McBeth, and the three ringside judges are Peter McAlister, Peter MacLaughlin and Patrick McBeth.
