Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar Dialiba, Dakar,  taking place on 14/09/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Russel Huret (5 - 8(2) - 1) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Aramis Jamme(10(7) - 0) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Huret and Jamme weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ranger Angrand, and the three ringside judges are Garner Seyrig, Romain Ndong and Dominique Le Roy Ladurie.  

Round 1: 

Jamme closes the distance.  Jamme sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Jamme lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Jamme holds on to his opponent.  Jamme is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jamme lands a solid left uppercut.  
Jamme drives a right hook into Huret's ribs.  
Jamme lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Jamme holds on to his opponent.  Jamme is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Jamme cuts off the ring, trapping Huret in the red corner.  Jamme pivots from in front of his opponent.  Huret throws a left hook, but Jamme holds on to his opponent.  Jamme is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Jamme.

Jamme advances into close range and forces Huret to retreat into a corner.  Jamme lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Jamme is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Jamme is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Jamme lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Jamme is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab.  
Jamme is looking to close the distance.  Jamme quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Jamme leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Jamme pushes his forearm into Huret's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Jamme to stop fouling.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Huret's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Huret's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Huret tries to keep the action at long range.  Jamme connects with an overhand right.  
Huret is looking to close the distance.  Jamme lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Jamme hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Jamme feints a cross, and then is on target with a jab.  
Huret closes the distance.  Jamme lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Jamme switches the action to the outside.  Huret throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a weighty left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE HURET WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Huret recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Huret tries to keep the action at long range.  Jamme drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Huret lands a cross.  
Jamme is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Jamme closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Huret steps to the outside.  Jamme lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Jamme advances into close range.  Jamme is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Jamme lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS HURET TO THE CANVAS!  The count reaches 10, but Huret is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Jamme!
