Dillon Pont vs Cody McOsker

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at AAMI Park, Melbourne,  taking place on 04/10/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dillon Pont (26(14) - 10(5)) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Cody McOsker(47(9) - 1(1)) from Gold Coast, Australia.  Both Pont and McOsker weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arran Forbes, and the three ringside judges are Edward Heriot, Mark McBride and Dave Torrens.  

Round 1: 

Pont steps inside and attempts to land a right uppercut, but McOsker slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.
