Joaquin Mattos vs Carlos Betancourt

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Para promoted show at Belem Bruno, Belem,  taking place on 16/09/2042:

Clearly AI Brazil-Para have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Para Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Mattos (14 - 15(3) - 3) who hails from Belem, Brazil and Carlos Betancourt(9 - 15(2) - 3) from Belem, Brazil.  Both Mattos and Betancourt weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Mario, and the three ringside judges are Noe Reza, Olindo Ruis and Santiago Parras.
