Lucas McTier vs Gethin James

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions V2 promoted show at Liverpool McCall, Liverpool,  taking place on 17/09/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lucas McTier (9 - 13(2)) who hails from Manchester, UK and Gethin James(38(13) - 19(13) - 1) from Birmingham, UK.  Both McTier and James weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Lewis, and the three ringside judges are Mel Loch, Mark Bonnar and Nicholas Vaill.  

Round 1: 

James connects with a right hook.  
James lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  James holds on to his opponent.  James pushes his forearm into McTier's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures James about fouling.
