Rex Hughes vs Shamus Myres

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at SSE Hydro, Glasgow,  taking place on 25/10/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the British Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rex Hughes (16(10) - 0) who hails from London, UK and Shamus Myres(62(53) - 7(7) - 2) from Belfast, UK.  Hughes weighed in at 252 pounds and 7 ounces, while Myres weighed in at 244 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Charlie MacNeal, and the three ringside judges are Peter MacLaughlin, Tom Crowe and Robert Priddy.
