Ace Mimboe vs Nicolas Donfack

Boxing Daily Report from the Gbedema Promotions promoted show at Garoua Bitee, Garoua,  taking place on 20/09/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ace Mimboe (21 - 14 - 3) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Nicolas Donfack(14 - 19(1) - 10) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Mimboe and Donfack weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luc Meyong, and the three ringside judges are Ferrand Baute, Verity Shaznay and Montrose Bourdelle.  

Round 1: 

Donfack attempts to land a left hook, but Mimboe sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Donfack steps inside.  Mimboe lands a left hook.  
Donfack steps inside.  Donfack pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mimboe tries to land a left hook, but Donfack parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Donfack advances into close range and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Mimboe throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Donfack to the neutral corner.  He warns Mimboe that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.  
Mimboe tries to step out of his opponents range.  Donfack connects with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mimboe's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Mimboe's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Donfack's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
