Francisco Ortiz vs Emilio Menendez

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Plaza de Toros La Condesa, Mexico City,  taking place on 20/12/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Azteca, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Francisco Ortiz (24(17) - 1) who hails from Ciudad Victoria, Mexico and Emilio Menendez(20(6) - 2 - 1 - 1(NC)) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Ortiz weighed in at 114 pounds And 15 ounces, while Menendez weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Vasquez, and the three ringside judges are Juan Morena, Franco Ahumada and Agapetus Gabriel.
