Jamie Russell vs Jasper Forbush

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New Mexico promoted show at Euan Barland Gym, Albuquerque,  taking place on 04/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New Mexico Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jamie Russell (3 - 7(1) - 1) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Jasper Forbush(6 - 9 - 6) from Albuquerque, USA.  Russell weighed in at 200 pounds, while Forbush weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Josh Waddell, and the three ringside judges are Kris Lorimer, Danyaal Zehri and Harvey Prior.  

Round 1: 

Forbush is looking to close the distance.  Russell pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.

As Forbush tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Russell.  That has caused swelling  around the right eye.  
Russell is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Forbush is on target with a cross.  
Forbush gets on the inside and connects with a right uppercut.
