Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Stade Demba Diop, Dakar,  taking place on 18/10/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the IRBF Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sezni Belisle (46(43) - 4(4)) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Mark Devlin(12(11) - 5(5) - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Both Belisle and Devlin weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yves Diedhiou, and the three ringside judges are Borden Gladieux, Sid Soumah and Vernon Thiaw.
