Marco Monserrate vs Cortez Raso

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghigian Promotions promoted show at Medellin Briseno, Medellin,  taking place on 15/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marco Monserrate (28 - 7(1) - 1) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Cortez Raso(15 - 3 - 2) from Bogota, Colombia.  Both Monserrate and Raso weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Montesano, and the three ringside judges are Hernan Alcantar, Bronco Barragan and Joaquin Sias.  

Round 1: 

Monserrate advances into close range and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.
