Ubanwa Amartey vs Mark Naude

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Bellville Velodrome, Cape Town,  taking place on 11/10/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ubanwa Amartey (24(11) - 14(12) - 1) who hails from Pretoria, South Africa and Mark Naude(6 - 6(1)) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Amartey weighed in at 115 pounds, while Naude weighed in at 114 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Colin Ntuli, and the three ringside judges are Jake Tshipapayi, Runako Mashaba and Musa Zwane.  

Round 1: 

Amartey closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  Amartey ties up his opponent.  Amartey pushes his forearm into Naude's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Amartey feints a left hook, and then lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Amartey hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Naude pivots to the side of his opponent.  Amartey lands with a hard jab.  
Amartey advances into close range and connects with a left uppercut.  
Amartey lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Amartey steps to the outside.  Naude stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Amartey lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Amartey is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!

Amartey closes the distance and throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Amartey clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Amartey pushes his forearm into Naude's face.  The referee warns Amartey and breaks the clinch.

Amartey steps to the outside and lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Amartey forces Naude to back into the corner.  Amartey digs in a left hook to Naude's ribs.  
Amartey gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Amartey steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Amartey hits home with a right hook.  Amartey ties up his opponent.  Amartey is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Amartey's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Amartey drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Naude finds the target with a jab.  Naude throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Amartey lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  As Naude tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Amartey has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Amartey steps away from his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.
