Rio Lua vs Gig Somero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Managua promoted show at Managua Donoso, Managua,  taking place on 20/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nicaragua Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rio Lua (25(14) - 4(1)) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Gig Somero(12 - 5(2) - 2) from Tipitapa, Nicaragua.  Both Lua and Somero weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ignado Siguenza, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Mosso, Alvino Macera and Santiago Pimienta.  

Round 1: 

Lua gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Lua connects with a firm cross.  
Lua lands a left hook.  Lua holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Lua pushes his forearm into Somero's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Lua to stop fouling.

Lua gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Lua throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Lua ties up his opponent.  Lua leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
