Xebec Douillet vs Frantz Strand

Boxing Daily Report from the BoxHaus AG promoted show at Basel Gerecke, Basel,  taking place on 22/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Switzerland Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport Szene Fernsehen, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xebec Douillet (13 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Geneva, Switzerland and Frantz Strand(23(19) - 10(7)) from Basel, Switzerland.  Douillet weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces, while Strand weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Garson Bermel, and the three ringside judges are Dearg Bieneman, Gary Agers and Vilhelm Picht.  

Round 1: 

Strand gets on the inside and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Strand lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Strand digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Strand forces Douillet to back into the corner.  Strand lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING DOUILLET DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Strand lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Strand is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Douillet switches the action to the outside.  Strand is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Douillet finds the target with a jab.  
Strand steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Strand lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Douillet is on target with a cross.  
Douillet tries to land a cross, but Strand sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Strand advances into close range and manouvers Douillet into a corner.  Douillet hits home with a left uppercut.

Strand contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Douillet lands with a solid jab.  Douillet attempts to land a jab, but Strand slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Douillet's ribs.  
Douillet switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.  
Douillet lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Douillet steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Strand closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Strand lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Douillet quickly recovers. 
Strand lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Douillet pivots to the right of his opponent.  Strand attempts to land a left hook, but Douillet dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Douillet is looking to keep his distance and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a hurtful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE DOUILLET WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Douillet recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Douillet lands with a hard jab.  
Strand lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Strand is on target with a solid left hook to Douillet's liver.  Strand attempts to land a right hook, but Douillet parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Strand manages to force Douillet into a neutral corner.  As Douillet tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Strand dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Strand sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Strand pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Strand sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Douillet is on target with a cross.  Douillet tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Douillet throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a FEARSOME right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE DOUILLET WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Douillet almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Douillet hits home with an overhand right.  
Douillet steps to the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Strand steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Strand attempts to land a right hook, but Douillet blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Strand lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Strand advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Douillet is on target with a right uppercut.  
Strand gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Douillet steps to the outside and connects with a cross.
