Claudio Traversa vs Jemond Reinier

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Stade de France, Paris,  taking place on 25/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Claudio Traversa (1(1) - 0) who hails from Milan, Italy and Jemond Reinier(29(2) - 8(6)) from Toulon, France.  Traversa weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Reinier weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Horace Ort, and the three ringside judges are Tugdual Duchesnay, Chivalry Diaby and Rupert Gabin.  

Round 1: 

Reinier manages to force Traversa onto the ropes.  Traversa tries to land a jab, but Reinier sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Reinier pivots to the side of his opponent.  Traversa lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Reinier steps inside.  Traversa tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to Traversa's liver.  
Traversa is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Reinier walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Traversa lands a stinging cross.  
Reinier attempts to land a jab, but Traversa dodges the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut to Reinier's body.  REINIER IS HURT!  Reinier almost instantly recovers. 
Reinier sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Traversa lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Reinier manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Reinier feints a right hook, and then lands with a stiff jab.  
Reinier is on target with a jab.  
Reinier advances into close range and walks Traversa onto the ropes.  Reinier pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Traversa lands a right uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Traversa is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Reinier tries to land a jab, but Traversa dodges the shot and counters with a FEARSOME left hook.  REINIER IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Reinier walks Traversa down, trapping him on the ropes.  Reinier attempts to land a jab, but Traversa slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Traversa tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Traversa's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Reinier's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Reinier walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Traversa lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Reinier throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut to Reinier's ribs.  
Traversa feints a cross, fooling Reinier into launching a left uppercut counter.  Traversa avoids the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Reinier is looking to close the distance.  Reinier pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Reinier walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Traversa lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Reinier recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Reinier pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to Traversa's body.  
Traversa tries to step out of his opponents range.  Traversa feints a jab, but Reinier ignores the feint and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Reinier tries to land a jab, but Traversa sidesteps and counters with a SAVAGE left hook.  REINIER IS HURT!  
Reinier now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Traversa tries to step out of his opponents range.  Traversa feints a cross, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Reinier throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Traversa lands a cross.  
Traversa steps to the outside and lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Traversa connects with a stinging cross.  
Traversa is on target with a cross.  Traversa attempts to land a cross, but Reinier slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Reinier cuts off the ring, trapping Traversa on the ropes.  Reinier pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Reinier throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a FEARSOME cross.  REINIER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Traversa thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Reinier away.  Traversa lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head, AND REINIER IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.

Reinier steps inside.  Traversa lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head, AND REINIER IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Traversa!
