Balder Tanck vs Holm Folden

Boxing Daily Report from the Valhalla Promotions promoted show at Valhalla Gym, Oslo,  taking place on 11/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Balder Tanck (3 - 0) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Holm Folden(0 - 3 - 3) from Oslo, Norway.  Both Tanck and Folden weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thurston Horn, and the three ringside judges are Ker Martinson, Magne Asleson and Dana Larsen.  

Round 1: 

Tanck closes the distance.  Folden throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Tanck ties up his opponent.  Tanck uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Folden behind the head. The referee warns Tanck and breaks the clinch.  
Tanck lands a cross.  
Folden forces Tanck to back into a corner.  Tanck is on target with a cross.  
Tanck lands a jab.  
Tanck feints a cross, and then lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Tanck leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Folden tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Tanck steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Tanck advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tanck closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Tanck lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Tanck holds on to his opponent.  Tanck is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tanck.  
Tanck steps inside and is on target with a solid left uppercut.  Tanck clinches his opponent.  Tanck throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tanck about fouling.  
Folden pivots to the right of his opponent.  Folden tries to land a jab, but Tanck sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Folden hits home with an overhand right.  
Tanck digs in a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Tanck lands a left uppercut.  
Folden sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Tanck connects with a left hook.  
Tanck is on target with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tanck's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Folden's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

As Tanck tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Folden dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Tanck lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Tanck is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Folden steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a cross, but Tanck sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.

Tanck advances into close range and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Tanck holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Folden pushes his forearm into Tanck's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Folden.
