Vince Bonsu vs Paul Frimpong

Boxing Daily Report from the Lamptey Promotions promoted show at Accra Labi, Accra,  taking place on 24/10/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vince Bonsu (10 - 11 - 1) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Paul Frimpong(10 - 8 - 2) from Accra, Ghana.  Bonsu weighed in at 237 pounds and 7 ounces, while Frimpong weighed in at 213 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ben Mayat, and the three ringside judges are Felix Kasanbata, Nabulung Akoto and James Adade.  

Round 1: 

Bonsu connects with a cross.  
Bonsu advances into close range.  Frimpong pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Bonsu's ribcage.  
Bonsu goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Frimpong to the neutral corner.  He warns Bonsu that he could be heading for a point deduction.  
Bonsu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.

Frimpong advances into close range.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bonsu dabs at his face checking for damage.
