Gus Ronquillo vs Khalid Akhter

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at SM MOA Arena, Manila,  taking place on 07/11/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Asian Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gus Ronquillo (36(27) - 3(1)) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Khalid Akhter(20(11) - 7(2)) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Ronquillo and Akhter weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gabriel Pagtakhan, and the three ringside judges are Iago Monterroso, Diego Mangay-ayam and Ivan Lastra.
