Mitsuru Sugihara vs Shin Shimada

Boxing Daily Report from the Koranteng Promotions promoted show at Hajime Go Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 28/10/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mitsuru Sugihara (4 - 4 - 2) who hails from Hakodate, Japan and Shin Shimada(13 - 7(1) - 1) from Sapporo, Japan.  Both Sugihara and Shimada weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yutaka Omura, and the three ringside judges are Eiji Tanaka, Yuichi Sano and Kaede Takenaka.
