Amjad Baccus vs Abdul Halaby

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at KLCC Exhibition Hall, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 07/11/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Federal Territory Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amjad Baccus (4 - 8 - 1) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Abdul Halaby(2 - 6) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both Baccus and Halaby weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Syed Kamel, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Saadeh, Sajid Ghaffari and Adnan Wasti.  

Round 1: 

Baccus steps inside.  Halaby connects with a right uppercut.  
Baccus lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  As Baccus tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Halaby dabs at his face checking for damage.
