David Ashland vs Spencer Gowen

Boxing Daily Report from the Aussie Boxing Academy promoted show at Melbourne Shilkov, Melbourne,  taking place on 30/10/2042:

Clearly Aussie Boxing Academy have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Ashland (2 - 6(1) - 7) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Spencer Gowen(19 - 26(4) - 6) from Melbourne, Australia.  Ashland weighed in at 160 pounds, while Gowen weighed in at 159 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Lawrie, and the three ringside judges are Michael Donn, Gareth Dovey and Matt Barry.

Gowen advances into close range.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ashland dabs at his face checking for damage.  Ashland has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Gowen throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Ashland's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
