Spencer Dykes vs John Aikman

Boxing Daily Report from the John Wayne promoted show at Evansville Crockett, Evansville,  taking place on 04/11/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Indiana Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Spencer Dykes (29 - 17(4) - 1) who hails from Fort Wayne, USA and John Aikman(20 - 13(3) - 1) from Indianapolis, USA.  Both Dykes and Aikman weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Pye, and the three ringside judges are Daniel Sandison, Bob Nabb and Sam Skilling.  

Round 1: 

Dykes is looking to close the distance.  Aikman attempts to land a left hook, but Dykes parries the shot and counters with a cross.
