Shamus McNicol vs Diego Damaso

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Royal Dublin Society, Dublin,  taking place on 29/11/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RET One, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shamus McNicol (6(2) - 0) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Diego Damaso(1 - 4(1)) from Holguin, Cuba.  Both McNicol and Damaso weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carl MacRae, and the three ringside judges are Michael Sloan, Mike Green and Leon McPeters.  

Round 1: 

Damaso is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but McNicol ties up his opponent.  McNicol pushes his forearm into Damaso's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
