Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at HONEYPUNCH Gym, Oxford,  taking place on 08/11/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Yakiv Kosakowski (1(1) - 0) who hails from Minsk, Belarus and Bohdan Mudry(3 - 8 - 1 - 1(NC)) from Kiev, Ukraine.  Kosakowski weighed in at 135 pounds, while Mudry weighed in at 134 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Crowder, and the three ringside judges are Fraser Carroll, Matthew Flint and Michael Abramowicz.  

Round 1: 

Kosakowski gets on the inside and is on target with a firm left hook.  
Kosakowski lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Kosakowski throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Kosakowski closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside and connects with a solid left hook.  
Kosakowski lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Kosakowski forces Mudry to retreat into a corner.  Kosakowski is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kosakowski pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kosakowski SLAMS a FIERCE left hook into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE MUDRY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kosakowski clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kosakowski pushes his forearm into Mudry's face.  The referee warns Kosakowski and breaks the clinch.  Mudry almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kosakowski hits home with a left hook.  Kosakowski ties up his opponent.  Kosakowski leans on his opponent using all his weight. Kosakowski tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Mudry's kidney. As they grapple, Kosakowski pushes his forearm into Mudry's face.  The ref breaks Kosakowski's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kosakowski feints a left hook, and then drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Kosakowski advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside and tries to land a left hook, but Mudry parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kosakowski steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside and lands a sharp left hook.  Kosakowski ties up his opponent.  Kosakowski leans on his opponent using all his weight. Kosakowski throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut.  
Kosakowski lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside.  Mudry throws a right hook, but Kosakowski holds on to his opponent.  Kosakowski leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kosakowski hits home with a cross.  
Kosakowski tries to keep the action at long range and lands a sharp jab.  
Kosakowski steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Kosakowski is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross.  
Kosakowski is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Mudry almost instantly recovers. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mudry's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Mudry's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate. Kosakowski lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mudry tries to keep the action at long range.  Kosakowski lands a jab.  
Kosakowski steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He then lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Mudry could be stopped here, if Kosakowski can find the right shot!  Kosakowski is on target with a WICKED left uppercut.  MUDRY IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Kosakowski!
