Rex Mailer vs Jonathan Akin

Boxing Daily Report from the Shima-Enaga promoted show at Shima-Enaga Gym, Nassau,  taking place on 15/11/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Rex Mailer (1 - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Jonathan Akin(0 - 4) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Mailer weighed in at 139 pounds and 9 ounces, while Akin weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Leys, and the three ringside judges are Rob Weatherspoon, John Pollick and Oscar Muirhead.  

Round 1: 

Mailer is on target with a jab.

Mailer pushes his forearm into Akin's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Akin.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
