Rehan Aly vs Malcolm Anang

Boxing Daily Report from the Busia Promotions promoted show at Usi Afful Gym, Kumasi,  taking place on 23/11/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rehan Aly (4 - 6(1) - 1) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Malcolm Anang(9 - 7(1) - 2) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Aly and Anang weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bob Antwi, and the three ringside judges are Scott Acquah, Zachary Yeboah and Nabulung Ayew.  

Round 1: 

Anang advances into close range and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Anang digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Aly connects with a cross.  
Aly steps away from his opponent.  Anang throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Aly connects with a right uppercut.  
Aly lands a right hook.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Aly dabs at his face checking for damage.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Aly.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
