Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Winnipeg Hew, Winnipeg,  taking place on 24/11/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Manitoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richie Proudfoot (9 - 13 - 5) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Seth Espey(9 - 8(1) - 2) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Proudfoot weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Espey weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wayne Pique, and the three ringside judges are Wayne Pique, Steven Yale and Chris Tillery.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Proudfoot has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
