Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Colisee de Quebec, Quebec City,  taking place on 20/12/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Dave Seff (11(9) - 0) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Obaid Arshad(5(2) - 0) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both Seff and Arshad weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Franchot Racine, and the three ringside judges are Carvell Brame, Jean-Baptiste Camus and James Sundy.
