Quaddus Mayombo vs Faisal Amara

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Nyayo National Stadium, Nairobi,  taking place on 18/12/2042:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Eastern African Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quaddus Mayombo (30(25) - 6(4) - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Faisal Amara(15(2) - 5(1) - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Mayombo and Amara weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richie Bitok, and the three ringside judges are Kashif Haque, Richie Bitok and Sulaiman Saitot.  

Round 1: 

Mayombo lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!

Amara steps inside and manouvers Mayombo onto the ropes.  Mayombo is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Mayombo tries to keep the action at long range and hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Amara gets on the inside and drives a left hook into Mayombo's body.  
Mayombo feints a left, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Amara closes the distance and walks Mayombo onto the ropes.  Amara drives a left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Amara throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Mayombo is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Mayombo tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Mayombo lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Amara's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Amara's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Amara's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Mayombo tries to step out of his opponents range.  Mayombo sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Mayombo attempts to land a jab, but Amara blocks the shot and counters with a firm cross.

Amara digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Amara throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook.  
Mayombo is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Amara could be stopped here, if Mayombo can find the right shot!  Mayombo lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS AMARA TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  
Mayombo lands a WICKED left hook.  DOWN GOES AMARA!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Mayombo!
