Aaron Brodie vs Ollie Kvistad

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruler Fighting promoted show at St. Louis Strahl, St. Louis,  taking place on 06/12/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mid West Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aaron Brodie (12 - 19(3) - 4) who hails from Omaha, USA and Ollie Kvistad(41(2) - 13(7)) from Kansas City, USA.  Both Brodie and Kvistad weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dom Quinn, and the three ringside judges are Lucas Geddie, William Harkins and Amon Ormond.  

Round 1: 

Kvistad lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Kvistad sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Kvistad pivots to the right of his opponent.  Brodie throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kvistad lands with a stiff jab.  
Kvistad is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kvistad cuts off the ring, trapping Brodie in a neutral corner.  Kvistad is on target with a right hook to Brodie's body.

Kvistad leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Brodie steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  Brodie strikes his opponents body with a cross.

Brodie tries to keep the action at long range.  Kvistad lands a straight 1 - 2.
